CHAPMAN'S
MARTIAL ART

ABOUT OUR

MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL

Chapman's Martial Art was founded in September of 2019. Our style is "The Way of the Perseverant and Tenacious Spirit" simply meaning no matter what, our students will never give up and never back down. We have multiple systems to offer such as traditional Shaolin Kung-Fu, the walking meditation art of Tai Chi, Our own origional creation of Kwon-Jitsu, or the Tiny Tigers class designed and geared towards Ages 4-6. Our systems doesn't just train you in the martial art, it trains your mind, your body, and of course your spirit. The purpose of our programs is to help deal with the stresses of life and how to manage them. How to help improve your overall mental and physical health. How to have the willpower to keep trying until you make that success you are looking for become reality. Don't just feel like a champion, come and be one!

Zeke Chapman

Owner and Head Instructor

Hi, I am the owner and head instructor of Chapman's Martial Art. I believe that martial arts is not just an art form, it is a lifestyle. I have trained in martial arts since I was 8 years old earning black belts in 5 different styles, and winning multiple championships at many different levels from State titles to World titles over the course of my career. My instructor Sifu Glenn Broadley was more than just an instructor to me, he was a life mentor for me. I have vowed to be what he was to me for my students because everyone needs that one kind of person in their life.

Second in Command (Kung-Fu)

Casey Plourde

Hi, I am the second in command for the Kung-Fu program here at Chapman's Martial Art. I have an early start on making my name in the competition scene winning State, National, and even World titles in under belt divisions. I am only a few belts away from potentially being the first black belt in the Kung-Fu System. While I may be a bit chaotic and a jokester I take my training and especially my teaching very seriously and want the best for all of my fellow classmates. I was not always like that but this place really brought out the better in me and I'm very grateful for it.

Second in Command (Kwon-Jitsu)

Hi, I am a 4th dan black belt and the second in command for the Kwon-Jitsu program here at Chapman's Martial Art. I am also the co creator of this system. Zeke and I have known each other for many years now and decided near the end of 2023 to buff up our older styles, his being Taekwondo and mine being Ju-Jitsu, to create one of hardest hitting martial arts systems out there. with the stand up of taekwondo, the ground game of Ju-Jitsu, and the weapon expertise of Arnis. We were able to create something truly unique and I'm excited to see where it goes.

Carroll Chapman

Second in Command (Taichi)

Hi, I am the resident black belt and second in command for the Taichi system here at Chapman's Martial Art. I am also the creator and owner of Cobra Tai, yes it is a pun off the popular TV show Cobra Kai. Internal martial arts is extremely unique compared to the physical counterparts of more common external martial arts. Taichi is a form of walking meditation and allows you to learn how to control your energy in ways you never thought possible. It helps with mental and spiritual health and can also reduce the amount of time needed to be able to fall asleep. There is a lot more than meets the eye when it comes to Taichi, some may even say it's magical.
